How to stay fit and healthy?
In today's busy world we all know that staying fit and healthy is of utmost importance, but we find it difficult to manage fitness because of busy schedule. Staying fit and healthy is a key to good health and is not a difficult task to perform. We just need to follow certain tips that we will discuss one by one:
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day - Our body mostly consist of water. Water keeps body hydrated, remove toxin, cleanse our body as well as organs.
3. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables - Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. It provide bulk, color, texture and flavour to the meal, helps loose weight and maintain blood glucose level. It is anti inflammatory in nature and is good for overall health.
4. Don't skip meal - Skipping meal never help loose weight but creates acidity, increase weight and creates gastrointestinal issue. Have atleast 5-6 meals in a day.
5. Perform physical activity atleast 5 times a week - All exercise are physical activity but all physical activity are not exercise.Exercise atleast 45 minutes a day and 5 times a week. It help loose weight when combined with low calorie diet, help maintain weight, improve heart and respiratory health, reduce anxiety, strengthen muscle and bone also improve sleep.
6. Sleep for atleast 6 hours - Good sound sleep for atleast 6 hours is necessary to let our body continue it's process of repair and rejuvenation. Lack of sleep or insomnia can lead to lack of concentration and memory, bad mood, bad immune and overall health.
7. Routine health checkup - Last but not the least routine health checkup is necessary to get done every year or in a span of 6 months so as to keep a check on levels that helps take necessary guidance on time by experts to stay fit and healthy.
